In overall, the place is wonderful, has exceptional staff from the reception to the catering and restaurant manager. The units were new-fashioned with great view. The location is magnificent, in walking distance to public transport or attractions... 

Nice and terrific place to stay with lovely staff on check-out. Lovely area, remote location near to attractions such as People ‘ s Square, and many nice hotels, bars, clubs, and Michelin restaurants.  

During trip everything was perfect and we would definitely return here. The breakfast with many different cuisines represented.

The room we stayed in was elegantly decorated with a large bed, a stunning bathroom, and a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower, the staff during check-out were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the location was fantastic. 

I really enjoyed the fairly quiet and luxurious room and its amazing bathroom. This hotel had a central position to various attractions.

Great choice for trip. Gorgeous hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff from the reception to the catering and restaurant manager. Great and perfect location a short way from Customs House Shanghai. Very comfy beds, coffee/tea makers, 

The staff was dedicated, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The a double room was fashionable. The breakfast was comprehensive and super, the check in was fast.

No reason to complain, the venue met my requirements, recommend it. I had excellent food for breakfast for all tastes. The room was stylish, moreover large with view of pudong skyscrapers. Location: the hotel was so close

The Westin Bund Center offers nice service and different food. Convenient to have live music in the lobby. The location is incredible and marvelous, close to the Bund/riverfront with nice views at night. Situated by Huangpu River, the hotel is nearby 

Super location, great breakfast, very friendly staff,. comfortable, spacious and clean room. Great view of the city. . . Satisfied all around! I'll recommend it to others.
